What the inquiry form does

The form prepares an email on your device. Typed form information is not submitted to or stored by this website. Choosing “Prepare interest email” opens your email app with a draft for you to review. It does not send an email automatically. Your browser or email app may keep autofill information or drafts according to your settings.

If you choose to send the email, Velora’s business mailbox receives your message, sender address and any information you include. The mailbox may retain that email so we can respond and plan future services.

Information you may provide and why

You may provide your own contact name, organization, email address or phone number, preferred response method, inquiry type and a general message. Facility inquiries can also include approximate future ride frequency, general pickup city or area, transportation type and anticipated timing. Optional fields can be left blank.

We use this information to answer inquiries, follow up using your preferred contact method, understand future transportation demand and discuss potential facility relationships. It is not used here to book rides, determine insurance eligibility or process payments.

Keep sensitive and urgent information out

Do not send patient names, medical diagnoses, medical records, insurance or member numbers, account or payment details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information. Describe operational needs in general terms. Do not send urgent or emergency information through this form or email. For emergencies, call 911.

Cookies, hosting and technical information

The website’s application code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load advertising trackers, or save form information in browser storage. The live hosting service uses Cloudflare’s security cookie, __cf_bm, to help detect automated traffic. Cloudflare describes this cookie as expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. Browser cookie controls let you block or remove cookies, though security checks may affect access.

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers process technical information to deliver and protect the site and may keep routine request, security or diagnostic logs, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information. Velora has not independently verified all provider-level logging settings or retention periods; this notice does not promise that browsing is anonymous or log-free. The application does not add its own visitor-tracking or form-data logs.

This website does not implement a special response to browser Do Not Track signals. No advertising or cross-site tracking is configured in its application code. Provider practices and browser or email-app settings are separate from the form’s local email-preparation behavior.

Limited access and service providers

Inquiry information is intended for Velora personnel handling responses and planning. Our business email uses Google Workspace; email and hosting providers process information needed to operate their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to address security or protect rights. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and email security

We retain inquiry emails only as reasonably needed for responses, follow-up and future-service planning, or for applicable recordkeeping and legal needs. Retention can depend on whether a conversation is ongoing; this notice does not set a fixed deletion deadline. Provider backups and technical logs may follow separate retention schedules.

Ordinary email is not a secure medical-information channel. Delivery, forwarding, account access and storage can introduce risks; no website or email system can guarantee complete security. Check the recipient and message before sending, and keep sensitive information out. You may call us instead to discuss general needs.

Your choices and how to contact us

You can browse without making an inquiry, leave optional fields blank, choose your preferred response method, or close the prepared email without sending it. You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, or stop follow-up, by contacting info@veloramobilityservices.com or calling (213) 245-0450. We may need to verify a request and explain any information we need to retain. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive numbers with your request.
