The planned initial pickup focus includes City of Los Angeles neighborhoods such as Northridge, Reseda, Van Nuys, Encino, Sherman Oaks and North Hollywood. This is a planned launch area, not currently available service.
Pickup areas outside the City of Los Angeles—including Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Culver City, Inglewood, Torrance and Long Beach—are future expansion under review and subject to separate approvals. Countywide pickup service is not currently offered or confirmed.
